White Matte's Residential Warranty covers material and workmanship defects for the original purchaser/owner-occupant of a permanently installed, interior single-family residential surface — the product must be registered within 30 days of installation and any failure reported within 30 days with proof of purchase. Our Commercial Warranty covers permanently installed commercial structures for fifteen (15) years from completion of installation.
Neither warranty covers routine maintenance, outdoor or flooring installations, misuse or impact damage, fabrication/installation errors, thermal shock from hot cookware, or natural color and pattern variation — samples are representative only. Natural stone slabs are covered only up to the point of fabrication; once cut, the material can no longer be exchanged, refunded, or credited.
